Dr Natasha Tyler is a Research Fellow at the University of Manchester with expertise in patient safety, healthcare quality and mental health. Drawing on both her research background and lived experience of vitamin B12 deficiency, she has led studies exploring the experiences of people living with B12 deficiency and pernicious anaemia, including issues around diagnosis, treatment, patient safety and self-management. She will discuss findings from this work alongside emerging research on vitamin B12 deficiency and mental health.
